Andy Wilton

Andy is the Managing Director here at noyantis. He started the company back in 2008 and has been at the helm ever since. His background has always been software development; from a boy, throughout school and then college he knew software development was his career path.

Andy started the business developing Clarion wrapper templates. Each of the wrapper templates enables Clarion developers to quickly add powerful enhancements to their applications in a matter of minutes. Andy’s days are always full. As well as being the MD he is also trainer and mentor to our young apprentices. He has developed the business over the years, as well as having its own template line and software applications, it also has an array of external customer development contracts.

Andy enjoys nothing more than getting involved and passing on his knowledge and helping others where he can. He has been a presenter and trainer at every CIDC event since 2011. He is a frequent contributor to the Clarion Live weekly webinar, and hosts the noyantis support webinar every Monday.

“With a creative mind, I find it difficult to switch off most of the time, but when I do, or when I’m told to, I enjoy spending time with my family”. Andy enjoys long walks with the family and pets, especially if they are anywhere near the coast (or a pub!). He also enjoys watching sports and supports his beloved Everton FC. As well as football, he is also an avid fan of Formula 1 racing and has visited most of the European circuits. His favourite racing team being McLaren.
