CIDC 2023 Health & Wellness Statement

Unfortunately, Covid is still with us and will be for a long time. Although many advances have been made in Covid treatments, some simple precautions can help keep our conference safe for all of our attendees.

If you’ve registered to attend on-site and test positive for Covid prior to arriving, don’t come! We’ll convert your registration from on-site to on-line and refund you the difference, or refund the entire amount if you prefer.

If you feel sick during the conference, please let us know and do not enter the conference area. Again, we can convert your on-site to on-line and refund the difference.

We are not currently requiring that you wear a mask or have been vaccinated in order to attend the conference. On the other hand, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, you’re of course welcome to do so.

Finally, while highly unlikely, things can change. If anything substantial changes where these policies are affected, we’ll make sure to notify you immediately.

Below are our Health & Wellness policies spelled out in detail, something our lawyers would approve of!

Health & Wellness Information

As part of our commitment to health and wellness at our conference, we’ve implemented guidelines and requirements based on local, state and federal public health guidance to help support a safe and comfortable experience. Please take a moment to review the details, requirements and links below to better understand what to expect at CIDC 2023.
